The Fine Print:
SKP guarantees our products for your lifetime (and your heir). If your product stops working as designed, and has received tender, loving, care through normal wear and tear, simply send it back to us and we’ll gladly send you a replacement.
Within the first 90 days of receipt, SKP will replace or refund the full purchase price of the product in the event of dissatisfaction or defect under normal wear and tear. *Shipping charges will be deducted from refund amount*
After 90 days of receipt, SKP will issue a replacement of the defective product. Customer is responsible for shipping product to SKP located at:

Upon receipt of the defective product, SKP will cover the cost involved in the shipping of a replacement and the cost of the replacement itself. Please be sure to include the original Amazon order number and current shipping location.
If your product stops working as it should at any time while you’re alive (or your heir), just send it back to us, and we’ll gladly send you a replacement.
